For those affiliates earning over $600 in a year, 1099's will be issued for IRS Tax reporting purposes.

Terms and Conditions:

Any sale through an affiliate that is fraudulent or is not paid in full will not count as a valid affiliate sale and no commission will be paid. Any item that is returned by a customer for any reason other than latent defect, within a period of 6 months will not count as a valid affiliate sale and no commission will be paid. media monkey reserves the right to cancel any affiliate account at anytime whatsoever.
