If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the product(s) do not meet your needs please follow the steps below for a return or exchange.

Return / Exchange Policy
Products sold by media monkey are covered by our Standard Return Policy, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 20 days of the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps outlined below.

1) To insure proper handling of your return, all returns must be phoned in for a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise will be refused without one. A return authorization number does not guarantee final disposition. All returned or exchanged merchandise is subject to inspection.

2) Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. No exceptions. We are not responsible for any shipping charges for merchandise being returned to us.

3) All returns for credit or exchange must include the original factory box, all packing materials, manuals / instructions, blank warranty cards and all accessories. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. Returns not received in above condition will be subject to a 10% restocking charge at our discretion.

4) Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not media monkey's responsibility. It is your responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon discovery of a problem.

5) The RMA number is valid for 10days, please write it clearly on the outside of the shipping box, not on the original factory carton.

Software, books and DVD training may only be returned for refund within 20 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. Opened merchandise can only be returned for replacement if it is defective or damaged.  You may exchange defective merchandise for an identical replacement. No returns will be accepted after 20 days.  All software, books and DVD training is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. media monkey is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage; you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
